Bureau Vallée, a specialist discount retailer in stationery, office and school supplies, was looking to reduce its electricity costs and carbon footprint at its Amboise store. As a retail business with continuous daytime energy consumption, rooftop solar combined with self-consumption represented a natural and financially attractive opportunity.
Our tailored solutions
Wewise installed 276 photovoltaic panels across 520 m² of rooftop space in 2023, delivering a 100.7 kWp system designed to operate in self-consumption mode with surplus energy sold back to the grid.
The installation has delivered significant energy savings, meaningfully reducing both the electricity bill and the carbon footprint of the Amboise store.
