We delivered a combined photovoltaic and battery storage system for the club’s facilities, creating a more flexible and efficient energy setup. The installation includes 330 solar modules with a total capacity of over 135 kWp, paired with a battery storage system of over 120 kWh. This allows the club to use solar power even when the sun is not shining, while increasing self-consumption and supporting peak shaving.

Through Wirsol'’s roof lease model, FC Bammental avoided a six-figure upfront investment and benefits from a reliable, long-term electricity tariff. The system is expected to generate around 135,000 kWh of cleaner electricity per year and reduce CO₂ emissions by over 45 tonnes annually, helping the club lower energy costs, improve independence from external energy supply and make its facilities more sustainable.
